Silver ege Return & Exchange Policy
At Silver eg, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we provide the option to exchange your item or receive a credit voucher with your items’ purchase value. Earrings | Engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Exchange:

- Exchange includes ONLY the item WITHOUT package
Additional Information:
- All exchanges must be completed in-store; we do not currently accept returns or exchanges by mail.
